This riserva grappa from Nonino, the esteemed distillery in Friuli's Percoto, represents the refined expression of grape pomace distillation at its most restrained. Bottled at 41 percent alcohol, the Vuisinar carries the house's signature clarity and mineral precision, derived from indigenous northeastern Italian varieties and aged to achieve remarkable smoothness without sacrificing the characteristic grip of quality grappa. The extended maturation has softened its structure while preserving the aromatic complexity inherent to this category.
